Aerospace Success Continues

Tex Plastic Products based in North Devon has underpinned TEX Injection Mouldings’ strategy to develop long-term partnerships by securing another major contract in the Aerospace sector for a global brand airline.

The ability for Tex to offer a “one stop shop” from design, material selection, tool manufacture including press tools, moulding and full assembly and testing contributed greatly to our clients decision.

Previous success with other partners in this sector, in part secured the confidence of this new customer.

A significant number of tools will be manufactured in our Chinese facility, which will be closely managed by our UK team to ensure continued success in again achieving demanding delivery time frames.

First article components will be manufactured in China along with initial production and assembly to cover the sea freight of tooling back to the UK, again all managed by our UK team.

TEX Injection Moulding continues to broaden its strategy to promote the comprehensive facilities and services it has available to the UK market, all supported by our LEAN manufacturing principles.
