
New Quality Engineer Appointed

Tex Plastics have appointed Alina Oganesyan to assist in developing and fostering a continuous improvement culture, continually seeking out cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Technical strength in depth
As a part of the continual investment within Tex Plastics, the appointment of a new quality engineer further strengthens the depth of resources across the business. The technical capability within the business is built upon support manufacturing improvements with technical advice and assistance at a project by project level. This new addition to the engineering team will also help maintain the focus to establish the optimum process parameters of all injection mould tools and ancillaries.
Process improvement for new and existing products
Whether ensuring all manufacturing requirements are considered and implemented by the project team and plant feasibility is given before tool launch – or conducting run at rates and supporting manufacturing through the pre-production builds through mould, paint and assembly – this key role within Tex Plastics is focused upon process improvement for new and existing products. From equipment cycle time reduction, manpower efficiency, process capability improvement. Covering injection moulding, painting and assembly processes the objective is to keep Tex Plastics as one of the most competitive technical moulding companies in the UK.
