Tex Plastics Covid-19 Safe
11 January 2021
Adapting to working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19).
Injection Moulding 7 Days a Week
Tex Plastics, like many businesses operate more than one type of workplace, and have adapted to make each environment safe to protect our people. From the offices, factories and our fleet of vehicles, we've followed the Government advice and applied the guidance to keep people safe.
HSE spot inspection on plastic injection moulding facilities
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) carry out spot inspections where there are coronavirus outbreaks, to check that businesses are Covid-secure. Both Tex Plastics Barnstaple and Tex Plastics Derby injection moulding facilities were subjected to spot inspections by HSE. The spot inspection process involves checking that everyone in the business is aware of the guidance, and advising where necessary on improvements needed to ensure the whole workplace is Covid-secure. The Covid-secure Compliance Audit spot inspection found that both facilities are complying with the latest guidance. On both inspections Tex Plastics were praised for their processes having been declared Covid-secure.
Tex Plastics Covid-19 Safe Practices
