A tremendous range of plastic injection capability
The new layout and investment of twelve new machines, also comes with the installation of an overhead crane system, so tool change-overs can be more efficient. The range of our plastic moulding starts from 25t to 1300t. The new plastic injection moulding machines ordered give us a great spread of production capacity as well as being much more energy efficient. This keeps us on track to our ‘3 Pillars of Eco Efficiency’ commitment, and to reduce the carbon footprint of every plastic component manufactured.

This is the first phase of a rolling programme
Once the new machines are in place and at production capacity, the aim is to then retire more machines and refurbish this area. Then order more new machines to further increase capacity. With several clients growing, together with some new client’s onboarding with new innovative products, there are exciting times ahead at Tex Plastics.
