Integrating a new responsive website with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system brings several advantages and customer benefits.

 

Our business has evolved dramatically

As with any business emerging from the pandemic and the dramatic technological impacts on the way we work today, Tex Plastics is a very different company now. The new website more accurately demonstrates our specific expertise and the sectors we can offer the greatest value to. We've always been renowned for being a highly technical moulder that goes the extra mile, now our new website is able to accurately reflect that. Using the latest web technology it is user-friendly across various devices and screen sizes, as well as consistent within the new TEX Group branding framework.

 

A smarter way of working

We want to increase meaningful engagement with clients and prospects alike, and with seamless integration with our CRM software, it means we can work smarter. Although the new CRM is a group wide solution, we can have a dedicated Tex Plastics system. This can be tailored to each company’s specific needs whilst remaining true to the group’s information structure requirements and GDPR compliance framework. We look forward to further developments of our system, including a client portal, to enable clients to view project progress, stock levels, place call-off and many other features.
