Zero compromise on quality

Zero compromise on quality

Customers have specific expectations for the injection moulded components they order, this goes beyond just inspecting finished parts.

TEX Plastics produce parts for life critical applications

When we produce a plastic component or finished product for a client, the quality requirements are at the core. With some applications providing a function which can make the difference between life and death, we have an appreciation of the highest standards. However, it doesn't matter whether the component requires a specific cosmetic finish, physical properties to ensure it performs in a challenging environment, or something else - the quality management starts with the Design for Manufacture process and ends with the delivery to the client. It's far from just inspecting the finished parts dimensions, tolerances, strength, and appearance. Quality management ensures customers expectations are met from concept to delivery and beyond.

Quality management is critical throughout the process

The quality management process starts by understanding the client’s needs, from the product specifics of functionality, performance and overall product integrity - combined with the supply chain and manufacturing process, so we can add real value, wherever possible help innovate and produce parts which enhance the client’s specification. Quality management acts as a safety net throughout the entire plastic injection moulding process.  By proactively addressing potential problems at every stage, we can ensure consistent production of high-quality parts, minimise waste and costs, and ultimately deliver a product that meets or surpasses our customer’s expectations.
