Initially trialled at the Barnstaple facility, this was a way to consistently track production and was extended to the Derby site.

With the change in leadership structure so key roles are seamlessly operating across the two facilities, the rationalisation to a single view on production output and productivity means one truth. The leadership team can access the entire production planning system in real time. This gives both one truth (this is what's happening, this is the productivity level) but also delivers immediate visibility of capacity availability.
