Our quality systems ensure that our customer’s plastic components are made from the best materials and to the closest tolerances. Pre-production Approval Process
All the steps involved to create the finished part are robustly tested from mould design and machine efficiency, to material choice and tooling design. This is to ensure the processes outlined in the DFM plan can produce the products during an actual production run at the quoted production rate.

Stringent testing is carried out in our on-site quality labs before, during, and after the injection moulding process.
